Free of chemical preservatives and artificial colours. Serve chilled. Unlimited shelf life. Fig is the most alkaline fruit. Figs neutralize the excessive secretion of stomach acid and are at the same time rich in glucose and fructose, thus reducing the desire for sweet treats. Suitable as an aperitif before a meal or as a dessert after a meal. Serve chilled, 2-3 drops of lemon juice can be added.
