General Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Gift Vouchers at the Kranjska Hi\u0161a Shop (Tourism and Culture Board Kranj)<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In these General Terms and Conditions, the Tourism and Culture Board Kranj, Glavni trg 2, 4000 Kranj (hereinafter referred to as \u201cZTKK\u201d) defines the rights and obligations arising from the sale of its gift vouchers.<\/p>\n

A gift voucher is a document issued by ZTKK to a paying customer, in a standard form. A gift voucher can be issued in two different values: \u20ac 10 and \u20ac 20. In accordance with these General Terms and Conditions, ZTKK is obliged to accept a gift voucher as payment for the goods and services it provides during the period of validity of the voucher as indicated on the document. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Obligation of ZTKK<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

At the moment when a customer pays the value of the gift voucher, ZTKK becomes liable to fulfil its obligations in connection with the gift voucher.<\/p>\n

The claim arising from a gift voucher is linked to the gift voucher document and belongs to the holder of the gift voucher. The holder of the gift voucher can claim the provision of goods and services in the amount written on the gift voucher only by presenting the gift voucher, without any request for identification. <\/p>\n

The obligations of the ZTKK in connection with the gift voucher cease when it accepts it as payment for goods or services, upon expiry of the gift voucher or if the gift voucher becomes invalid for the reasons set out in the Handling of Gift Vouchers section of these General Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Rights of the gift voucher holder<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The holder of the gift voucher can request the fulfilment of obligations in connection with the gift voucher during its validity period at any ZTKK office. The validity period of the gift voucher is one year (12 months) from the indicated date of its purchase. <\/p>\n

The holder of the gift voucher requests the fulfilment of obligations under the gift voucher by presenting the voucher in the Kranjska hi\u0161a gift shop as payment for goods or services. If the value of the purchase is higher than the value of the gift voucher, the holder of the gift voucher has to pay the difference. The gift voucher is not redeemable in cash. ZTKK reserves the right to accept it as a means of payment only if the value of the purchase of the gift voucher holder is equal to or greater than the value indicated on the gift voucher. Handling of gift vouchers<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

A gift voucher issued by ZTKK has to bear the following information: the signature of the person responsible at ZTKK, the ZTKK stamp and the date of purchase. In the event that the gift voucher does not contain all of the above information or is missing any of it, the gift voucher will be invalid. <\/p>\n

Nothing may be written, erased, crossed out or corrected on the gift voucher. Otherwise, it will be considered invalid. The ZTKK may reject a gift voucher if it finds that the voucher has been forged or damaged to the extent that the contents can no longer be read or if more than 5% of its surface is missing. <\/p>\n

A gift voucher cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher or several other gift vouchers. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. ZTKK cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers. <\/p>\n

Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed by purchasing goods or services in the Visit Kranj online shop (https:\/\/shop.visitkranj.com\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n

In the event that ZTKK determines that a gift voucher is counterfeit, it will refuse to fulfil the obligations connected to the gift voucher.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

ZTKK reserves the right to make any changes to these General Terms and Conditions for gift vouchers, without special notice.<\/p>\n

The General Terms and Conditions are available in the Kranjska hi\u0161a souvenir shop and on the Visit Kranj website, www.visitkranj.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Any disputes between the parties arising out of or in any way connected with gift vouchers are to be settled amicably.
